What helps us help you

• The version you are running, from About in the menu bar.
• Which transport you use: TCP, UDP, RTU or ASCII, serial or over TCP.
• What the device is: PLC, meter, gateway, or another simulator.
• The function code, slave id and register range you asked for.
• A copy of the lines from the Traffic window, if you can get them.

Before you write in, it is worth a look at the troubleshooting section. Wrong byte order, a 1-based address and a COM port owned by another program account for most reports.
